This month was all about giving you sharper visibility into where every gift stands — from the moment a gift is initiated to the moment funds arrive.
Here's what's new:
- Overview Page has a new look: We’ve centralized your payment sources view, added in-app field explanations, & more in our new intuitive brand design!
- Payment status on every donation: We’ve added a Payment Status to every donation, so you can clearly see the status of funds—whether they’re on the way, received electronically or delivered outside of Chariot.
- Default export builder: Default exports are now fully customizable. Choose exactly which columns to export and your selection will be saved for future use.
- Groundswell Company Matches: Groundswell Company Matches now appear with details in the “Company Name” and “Match Amount” donation fields rather than as a note in the “Description” field.
- New default payment source: Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey (JFNNJ) is our newest grantmaker partner. All Chariot account holders will now receive electronic payments from JFNNJ directly in your Chariot account.
*For those who subscribed to our Digital Mailbox, you can now configure which DAFs are expected to route gifts through Chariot directly from your Mailroom. Updates will trigger an automatic re-sync so payment statuses stay accurate.
