In March, we focused on giving gift processing teams a better mailroom experience, more powerful donation coding, and a more intuitive dashboard. Here's a look at what we shipped.
New payers — YourCause and CyberGrants
Deposits from YourCause and CyberGrants are now automatically matched with donation data and processed alongside your other payers.
Redesigned Mailroom
The mailroom has a new inbox-style layout that makes it faster to triage your mail. You can now upload mail items manually and mark items as unread. Items needing your attention automatically surface to the top.
Smarter donation coding
Your donation policies can now create new property values on the fly as they process gifts — no more pre-defining every option. We also redesigned the policies page for easier navigation and added more precise editing tools for sections and clauses.
Dashboard tables, refined
Relative date filters let you quickly surface recent activity (like "last 24 hours"). You can duplicate saved views with one click, filter donations by donor name, and view count badges now update in real time. Property fields show helpful tooltips, and the options editor is easier to use.
What's next
In April, we're testing Salesforce CRM data integration with our AI-powered gift coding tool — so you can auto-enrich donations with info directly from Salesforce. If you have a gift processing enterprise subscription and want to beta test this, reach out to us directly.
