What’s New on Chariot | July 2026

July brings some of our most-requested updates yet, all focused on getting funds where you need them, faster, including automatic bank transfers and unlimited outbound External Financial Account (EFA) transfers.

Here's what's new:

• Automatic Outbound EFA Transfers: Set up automatic monthly transfers to your EFA that are initiated on the 20th of every month. Go to Settings > General > EFAs and click "Enable / Edit Automatic Transfers" (requires a Finance, Admin, or Owner role). Enterprise customers can opt for weekly transfers, which will be initiated every Wednesday.
• Unlimited, Free Outbound EFA Transfers: We’ve eliminated outbound transfer fees so you can transfer funds out of your Chariot Account as often as you need at no additional cost.
• DAFpay is now live with FundraiseUp: Go to your FundraiseUp dashboard to turn on DAFpay. Read more here.
• New default payment source: Community Foundation of East Mississippi is our newest grantmaker partner and already sending electronic grants to your Chariot account.

New for paid subscribers:

• New accounting integration: Your Chariot ledger data can now be synced automatically to QuickBooks, in addition to Xero & Sage, through automated bank feed imports.
• Growth plan update: Digital Mailbox is now included in the Growth plan. With a Digital Mailbox, you can turn mailed checks into digital gifts that flow through Chariot just like electronic donations. Go to Mailroom in your dashboard to get started. Learn more here.

• Next month, we have a major redesign in the works for our Sources page! We’re hoping to create a more intuitive experience for our users to easily link and manage payment sources. Stay tuned.
